Dirty rooftop terrace (bird droppings) and non-functional jacuzzi (turned into a bird bath). Room key incident: The key broke in the lock without us forcing it. The hotelier called a locksmith for a cost of 25 euros. He asked us to pay this amount, which we refused as it was a problem with the key and not damage caused by us. Unauthorized charge to our credit card: The day after our departure, 152 euros were charged to our credit card without our consent (using the imprint taken during the reservation). The hotelier did not inform us of this charge. Lack of communication and professionalism: When we contacted him to express our dissatisfaction, he stated that he was entitled to charge this amount "in accordance with Italian law." He then stopped responding to our messages when we asked him for documentation for our insurance. Comment: This event ruined our stay in Matera. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, technical problems, deplorable customer service and the questionable practices of the hotelier are unacceptable.

We made the reservation based on the info which is misleading.This is not a hotel, but a few rooms on a first floor with no elevator. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come for checkin. When we asked for the pool we were told it was a jacuzzi in another room! Location is good and the rooms are ok for 2 people, but the experience overall was not good. Hope they stop overpromising.

Unsafe area, rude owners. We arrived at 1:30, they said we could check in anytime after 12. I booked this hotel, because they stated they had parking. They said they had street parking. Upon arrival there wasn’t any parking. The street we were supposed to park on was not in a good area, and there wasn’t any parking. I called owner, got hung up on. On street, no safe for 14 minutes. Woman arrived. I asked about parking she pointed, two spots that weren’t really parking spots and did not look safe. I requested to cancel due to this. After a few minutes of back and forth, she said don’t stay here and left us on the street. My daughters did not feel safe. We left, they would not even refund half the money. I would not recommend staying here!

Ottima esperienza , posizione molto comoda , a pochi minuti dal centro ,buon rapporto qualità prezzo , ambiente pulito , grossa disponibilità e gentilezza . La posizione consente di tenere ferma la autovettura e di raggiungere , a piedi , molto agevolmente i luoghi meravigliosi da visitare .

Ottima sistemazione. Ai margini della ZTL e quindi a ridosso dei “sassi”. Gestore molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima pulizia. Camera molto carina. Ottima la Colazione servita su un terrazzino molto carino. Direi tutto davvero ottimale!

Tutto perfetto, pulizia, posizione, gentilezza e disponibilità. La 5ª stella manca perché il bagno senza una porta, ma con una tenda, non mi ha dato quella privacy che per me è importantissima. Forse sarà solo una mia fissazione ma se lo avessi saputo prima avrei scelto un’altra camera. Per il resto voglio ribadire che è tutto eccellente. A due passi dal centro, l’accoglienza di Giulia, cortese e disponibile, è stata perfetta, la stanza pulitissima e comoda.

Accolti con gentilezza alle 11.00 la stanza era già a nostra disposizione. Giulia alla reception ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Camera molto bella con arredamento moderno e accattivante come una vasca in camera molto bella e un camino ad effetto.. Letto comodo ma con rete a molle da migliorare.. in bagno una piccola parete vicino al bidè fastidiosa alla seduta, da migliorare.. mancavano dei porta asciugamani e pomelli x i Teli doccia, abbiamo dovuto appoggiarli sulla sedia. La colazione buona ma mi aspettavo prodotti a km zero come le Marmellate e miele locali e non santarosa, anche in salato magari prodotti più locali, quando si va in questi posti si cerca sempre di immertgersi nei prodotti del territorio gia dalla colazione.. peccato xchè la struttura merita e migliorando qualche dettaglio potrebbe essere ancora meglio.. CONSIGLIATO..

Siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità da Giulia, che oltre ad occuparsi del check in , ci ha fornito spontaneamente tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare Matera. Camera pronta già all'arrivo alle 11:00, praticamente perfetta! Da effetto Wowwwww dettaglio da effetto la vasca in camera e il camino. Locazione super romantica adattissimo ad una fuga d'amore. La struttura è praticamente a 20 metri dai sassi e dal ristorante Stano, vincitore del programma 4 ristoranti. Lascio 5 stelle perchè siamo stati davvero bene. Qualche piccola pecca come la mancanza di portasciugamani e appendici per telo docci. Piccoli dettagli che possono essere migliorati. Consigliatissimo
