Adamo the Resort

Location of the property is close to the market, breakfast was limited but good. Services by hotel was excellent. Room was perfect. All amenities mentioned were provided, they also provide us with refreshments in our room. Swimming pool was big they provided with towels near the pool area. Only one thing the property needs to renovate from outside the exterior color is damage.

The property is not dirty per say. But it is very unkept and needs immediate renovation. Especially the restaurant. The staff is ok, but needs a bit of soft skill training. When i asked for 1 comforter for my 3 year old child as it was chilly, the male receptionist actually said we wont give it to you for free saying we wont charge for your child, so it will not be free. I had to talk him in to giving it to me without any charge. Even the restaurant manager needs to soften his talking skills. The waiters, bell boys, etc were actually more courteous than these managers.

WORST HOTEL AND STAFF IN MATHERAN. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. If you want proper hospitality there are MUCH BETTER hotels in this price range. The person at the reception is the arrogant and rude and he started abusing. KICK HIM OUT OR THIS HOTEL IS GOING DOWN THE TOILET

Last time there was welcome drink and dental kit was already there, this time i had to ask for dental kit, one linen had marks, place is very nice, they need to get their service better as it was earlier

Adamo the resort is a great place to stay while in matheran, location is easily accessible, it's on main road near to market and around 5 mins walk from matheran station. We booked regenta deluxe rooms and they were spacious, cleaned and equipped with all basic amenities. Check in process was also smooth, reception team were supportive and helpful. Property from inside also gives pleasant experience, has a pool, swing by it, we can sit and relax. Food that we order in room was also great, quality and quantity both were upto the mark. Regarding breakfast, it was also good, had decent variety. Finally, room service was great, staff was polite, coordinative. Overall, had a pleasant stay, would recommend.

Room was ok, door was crowded with monkey every time we came out house keeping staff that came to deliver food had to bring sticks to deliver food due to this and were unable to use the balcony as well as there were monkeys lurking on the roof one of the guest in the room besides me got bitten off by monkey. Food was also average, overall ok stay will not go back to adamo properties in matheran at least will look for other options

We visit Matheran twice a year for the past 4 years & have been staying at Adamo The Resort every time. Wonderful location, great food, great pool & park area but the rooms calls for immediate renovation. The rooms are good but they are tired , bathroom is poorly lit, furniture in the room is decaying & not worth using. Till now they did not have much competition as most other resorts are in even worst condition so they were the best amongst the lot. But this time we visited Regal Hotel & they have completely revamped the entire property. All the rooms have been completely renovated & refurbished, so is the swimming pool area & even te dining hall. Definitely during our next visit in November, we will stay at Regal

A worth place to stay. Value for money. Only you have to be aware of monkeys near to windows or doors. Location, service, room ambience, too good.

Staff behaved no politely and did partiality very disappointed happen. We’re not going to book again with this hotel
