First location is very good and rooms are also good size. Break fast was good and nice

Room was clean, services provided was good and best thing is that, it is near to prem mandir and e-rickshaw are easily accessible from here, overall it was nice stay.

We stay for 3days & 2nights at brij view hotel in vrindavan room was good staff was good but the only thing cleanliness was not appropriate.

The rooms were good and neat. But the guy at the reception is rude. At the time of checkout he billed us incorrectly for the food which we did not order and insisted that we had ordered it. He then confirmed it with housekeeping and when they confirmed that we had ordered correctly and that there was a mistake on his side, he did not even apologize. He does not have a sense of customer service at all. Just doing his job for the sake of it. The hotel is so good but the staffs a as bad.

This is very high price for stay but not give facility only pentry foods good and ather service not good no tv recharge no mineral water no tea kit
