Very nice hotel, modern and confortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast is good and varied. Close to a big shopping mall and metro station. Oporto center is only 10 min. away in metro.

とても綺麗で、唯一の不満な点は冷蔵庫がない所ぐらい
ウォーターサーバーが廊下にあるのが有難い
欲を言うなら電子レンジ、湯沸かし器のどちらかが欲しい

Went here on business. It's a no-frills hotel, rooms are small but are comfortable and don't feel cramped. The hotel is very new and it has modern decoration. Breakfast is very good and they have some vending machines with food, drinks (including hot ones) for when the bar is not operating. There's a chilled water machine on every floor as well. The only things I can point out are the annoying toilet paper that's dispensed sheet by very thin sheet and the tiny bath towel. It's almost the size of the face towel. If I tried I couldn't wrap it around my waist. Staff is helpful. It's right next NorteShoppinhg and has a subway stop nearby. Fairly far from the city center though, but the Subway will take you there in 15min.

Lots to like about this hotel, particularly the excellent people working there. Cheerful, efficient and so helpful.
Location is very good, a safe area with the metro station 3/4 mins walk away so easy to get downtown, and a big shopping mall with food court right behind too.
Rooms are on the small side with not enough storage/shelf space, but ok for two of us. They were very clean and tidy though with housekeeping every day and comfortable beds too. Nightly rate was very good for a city hotel.
We'd certainly stay here again if ever we return to Porto.

A little bit removed from tourist area but 100% accessible via metro. Very clean and staff very friendly. Minor issues with sink draining slowly and toilet making drip noises after flushing, but not serious. Tv was small but most of Portugal is like this.
