Can safely recommend this hotel. Very good food, good selection for breakfast and absolutely outstanding service. Looking forward to using the hotel again. Also Matrei is a hidden ski treasure that I will give 8 out of 10.

The hotel is in a great location within Matrei and the friendly staff is very helpful. We booked the family room, which was excellent. The highlight of the experience however, was the awesome spa facility and the outstanding, creative and innovative dinner meals. The dinner was a four course meal that was prepared by very creative and passionate kitchen staff.

Centrally located in the center of Matrei. Nice modern rooms, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Every evening we were pleasantly surprised with an excellent 6 course dinner. Beautiful wellness. Enjoyed a very relaxing massage.

Although we didn’t stay here, we ate at the restaurant twice. Once we ate outside and once inside. The staff are fantastic and we always felt that there was excellent attention to our needs and various dietary restrictions. The food presentation was beautiful, and the taste was wonderful. We enjoyed every bite. Vegetarian and vegans will have many choices, all of which are beautifully prepared. There is also a nice salad bar, which is unusual in Europe.

Es war wieder ein sehr toller Aufenthalt im Outside - Besonders entspannt und besonders erholsam. Das gesamte Outside Team verwöhnt die Gäste mit Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und großer Kompetenz. Edi, als Operationsmanager, ist das "Herz" vom Outside und eine sehr große Bereicherung für das Hotel. Sein natürlicher Umgang mit den Gästen, sein außergewöhnlicher Service und seine professionelle Arbeitsweise gestalten den Aufenthalt der Gäste zu einem Erlebnis. Umweltschutz und Natürlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Die Zimmer sind modernst eingerichtet, mit vielen kleinen liebevollen Details dekoriert und lassen die passende Balance zwischen Urigkeit und Moderne erkennen. Naturmaterialien sind Hauptteil der Ausstattung. Im sehr geräumigen und äußerst sauberen Schikeller steht für jedes Zimmer ein versperrbarer Schrank zur Verfügung. Die Kulinarik lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf Sonderwünsche wird bestmöglichst eingegangen - es wird großer Wert auf regionale und saisonale Produkte gelegt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, einzig bei Vollbelegung gibt es bei den Liegen im Ruhebereich Platzprobleme. Jeder Aufenthalt ist für uns wie Heimkommen - Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit werden hier gelebt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Outside.....

Wir waren mit dem Winterurlaub im Hotel überaus zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und das Abendessen war einfach herrlich. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Es gibt einen sehr komfortablen Schi- und Schuhraum, der Skibus fährt alle 15 Minuten 50 m vom Hotel entfernt ab direkt zur Seilbahn. Sehr lobend muss das äußerst freundliche Personal erwähnt werden.

Ottimi i servizi dell Hotel con sauna e piscina. Menù stellato. Colazione a buffet con il pane di ogni tipo fatto in casa. Tutto nel srgno del Bio .In più le escursioni con guida dell hotel. (Bravo Ernest) . Personale impeccabile e disponibile

Ein sehr schönes Sporthotel mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern und einer hervorragenden Küche. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und auch das Schwimmbad, nur im Saunabereich wäre eine weitere Dusche wünschenswert.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel im Zentrum von Matrei. Wunderschöne große Zimmer (Natursuite plus), Betten sehr gut, alles sauber und gepflegt, Frühstück sehr gut, alles da was man braucht, Eier aus der Region, Brot wird selber gebacken und ist ausgezeichnet, Abendessen auf Haubenniveau, Preise der Getränke angemessen, Skiraum ist sehr gut, im Saunabereich gibt es finnische Sauna, Dampfbad und Solebad, etwas eng wenn viele Gäste da sind, Ruhebereich könnte etwas großzügiger sein.
