Staff are generally incredible, some grumpy so I chatted to everyone, smiled lots and thanked everyone constantly. Very beautiful people. I slept 12 hrs every night. AI dinner and lunch gets a bit repetitive so I went to the beach bar every second day for variety. The sea was amazing. I snorkelled every day multiple times. Factor 50 and full body rash guard. Wi-fi on the beach so I took my phone & MacBook. Very safe and I sat on a huge bean bag under the trees. Towels out before breakfast and I was very happy. Long travel but worth it!

Fabulous small hotel , very calm and cozy place , had a very nice stay , very enjoyable , room small but cleanliness was wow including little positive notes daily by our roomaid Ri****a and waiters very helpful .Staff always give their best and cocktail night was a plus when we met by Managers and feel pampered, will surely recommend to our friends .

Had a lovely 2 week holiday to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We was all inclusive , aqua restaurant is a must for lunch and evening al carte( need to book in advance) Buffet was a good selection , Nice pool deck , and beach bar area. Free shuttle to the sister hotel is available daily, to have access to other restaurants and bars. You do have to book shuttle , only complaint for us would be we had booked the last shuttle twice to go over for the evening . But both times the shuttle didn’t come. But the hotel staff organised taxis for us free of charge instead(just meant was waiting about for a while ) we was on our holidays tho so no real stress. We had a garden superior room, which was nice but small, would have been better for us to have a bigger room for a 2 week stay. But again no real stress. And I didn’t ask to see if any other rooms were available All the staff were good freindly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble. The service they provided was very very good. Kervin the waiter really stood out to us . Making sure our drinks was top up by the pool and in the restaurants Diane checked us in and couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful to us . She helped me organise flowers and balloon decorations for our room for my wife’s birthday. And went out of her way to see everything was good for us every time we saw her Alvin in the restaurant, organised and private meal for us on my wife’s actual birthday. (As I left it late and couldn’t get a candle lit dinner on the beach ) we had our own private candle light dinner on the deck area. The food and service was excellent. ( which alvin chose and organised) Alvin really went the extra mile for us. We even had a bottle of bubbles . Thank you to you all. Dan

long journey of 28 hours but well worth it! super room 3114 (i think) large with great view. no balcony as such but doors open fully so that was just as good. food. always something to find interesting and to try. ate fish almost every day and chiefs all work soo hard to present inviting dishes, real joy to eat. staff couldnt do enough for you and actually more like family by the end of holiday - but never overstepped the mark... pool area always clean we only visited the area a few times as we are beach people. the beds were super comfy! beach staff work so hard to keep area sea**** free and clean. thankyou! Tip - wear water shoes and go for it! learnt to snorkel and its amazing the fish you can see! hotel loans items out if you haven't taken your own. entertainment. very low key - if you want fire and brimstone, go elsewhere but we loved it - bar closes at 11pm but honestly if you havnt drunk enough by then..... taxi rank at the hotel will take you anywhere, including trips to other islands and beaches, payable direct i think. sister hotel, transport is free and you can go as many times as you wish - worth a look around and also if A.I the same at that hotel. but it does have children, so if you want peace stay put lol we would deffo recommend this hotel for peace, friendly 1st visit to the island. it had everything and more for us! I have just arrived back from a 10 night stay. Overall the hotel was ok. Not the best place to stay & definitely would NOT stay there again. My main issue with the hotel was the food!! . The hygiene of the food is very poor. There is no covers to cover the food so all the cheese, fruit, salad etc were in the open, there was often a lot of fruit flies on them!! Every time I had a food from the buffet I was ill in the night vomiting & diarrhoea. I spoke to many couples during our stay who also experienced the same thing. They have an another restaurant on the beach front which is slightly better but not much!! I had an AL package but half of the stuff on the menu is not included on the packag and you had to pay an uplift. I paid enough for the holiday .. why wasn’t this made clear upon booking? The hotel also advertises a “roof top bar”. I can assure you it is no where near a roof top bar. It’s a shack made out of wood with bottles of vodka. There is no sufficient seating area, its bean bags on the sand? It’s also not on the roof? It was extremely disappointed with this as this was one of the features that stood out. Despite being an all inclusive package, if you wanted to have tapas from the “roof top bar” you had to pay a premium that’s if the bar was open, it advertises every evening 4pm until 9pm. It was open twice when I was there. A couple we met also said that they waited up there for an hour one evening and no body showed so they went down to the buffet to say they were up there and they were told they needed to pay to be there. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and mis leading! When I visited the sister hotel all their food was in fridges, when I ate there I had no stomach issues in the evening. If they can cover the food in the sister hotel, why can’t they do it in this one? The pool was lovely, beach was good, plenty selection of sun beds. The hotel advertised water sports however for the full 10 days there they said the weather was too dangerous to go into the sea .. so we went and brought our own snorkels and did it ourselves. I just think they can’t be bothered. The other issue with this hotel is the lack of undercover seating. If it rains (which is did for 3 nights) there’s no where to go at all. I didn’t go on holiday to sit in my room? Overall the hotel was ok, I still enjoyed my holiday however the hotel did drastically let it down. I would not return.

Initially we were placed in a room on the second line across the road. The room faced a mobile radio tower and was located on top of the storage room, which resulted into significant noise in the early morning. Moreover, the room wasn‘t sound proof at all, so also traffic and conversations of the neighbors could be heard easily. On top there was mold in several places in the bathroom and in the room, including furniture and stool cushions. This wasn’t at all what we expected for our vacation. However, after complaining we got a smaller but quieter room with a nice view of the ocean. Though the bathroom situation didn‘t improve, the overall situation was better. We booked full board and breakfast was well as dinner was splendid with a large variety of food choices. Unfortunately the selection choices at noon were much more limited. All in all the very friendly and helpful staff left us with an overall good impression of our stay in the hotel, despite the above mentioned downsides. We stayed at the Radisson Post Lafayette from 04 to 09 April 2024. It was the most beautiful stay of our life, yes! The driver picked us up at the airport was very professional and very friendly, the car was comfortable and we had a pleasant trip. Arrived at the hotel, the front office Manager Mr Vishal warmly welcomed us as if we were royalty, he introduced us to his team and gave us a nice presentation of his hotel and its services. We would like to thank him personally for his professionalism and sense of hospitality, we feel that he masters his subject and that his entire team follows his example, it is very important for tourists to be so well received. Regarding the room, in line with expectations and even beyond our expectations! The quality of the household is impeccable, the bedding is comfortable, the rooms are well arranged, everything is in its place. It feels like home, it’s a real happiness. We met polite and friendly people in the housekeeping staff, they were anxious to know if the service suited us, if not the case do not hesitate to ask them they would be delighted to help us. The catering side was managed by Mr Adjay ( Surrendra ) who was very caring with us, but also all his other guests, he is so dedicated to make your stay an unforgettable moment, you do not need to think about your needs he has already anticipated everything! He is a real enthusiast and we feel that he takes pleasure in doing his job, make every moment matter as they say. All facilities are perfectly maintained, the hotel is very beautiful, we did not even want to go out since we had everything we needed on site, and in addition the team did everything possible to satisfy us. We also met the director, Mr Ritesh, we do not even know what we can add, it is the Leader and everything is fine in his hotel. It closely follows the stay of its guests, despite the large number of people, its only priority is customer satisfaction. We would like to thank him especially for this wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we had to return reluctantly at the end of the stay, but we have already planned our next holiday ... and this time we will return with friends and family! This is a lovely small adults only hotel. The setting is wonderful with a beautiful beach and azure sea. We stayed in an ocean view room with a Juliette balcony. The room was large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Oomah was our cleaner and she did a grand job. She also left flowers etc on the bed which was lovely The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food in both restaurants was good. The bread was fantastic as were the desserts which you would expect from a French resort. Food was piping hot in the buffet which was a nice surprise Only downside was the wine. Not very nice at all. Otherwise drinks were good although there were surcharges for premium spirits and cocktails. Overall we had a really good stay and would definitely recommend the resort
