C’était juste magique.
L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins.
Notre chambre avait un accès direct à la plage. La piscine était parfaite ainsi que notre séjour.
C’était pour nous le meilleur hôtel de l’île Maurice.

EXCELLENT, FABULOUS STAY! DEFINITELY 5 STAR! JUST BOOK! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! From arrival to departure, we had absolutely no complaints what so ever during our two week stay! Room, food, staff & grounds were 5 star! We have travelled around the world and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

We chose paradise cove as our honeymoon destination and I’m so glad we did. It was the most beautiful place with the most attentive and friendly staff. The food is incredible with a varied choice and they catered for my allergies without any issues. Our junior suite room was perfect. the bed was a firm fave so unbelievably comfy! It was spotlessly clean with all the essentials you need. The little additions we got with the honeymoon package were more than we ever expected. We honestly had the most amazing time. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful, the staff are so accommodating and helpful, the food was delicious. I honestly couldn’t fault our stay the whole experience was definitely 5 star! We loved our trip so much that we are already planning on coming back.

Wow what a hotel!! Really can’t think of anything negative to say. The hotel is set in a beautiful setting about an hour from the airport. The food is the best we have had in any hotel with four different places to eat. The Dining Room buffet is used for breakfast and has everything you could want. Special mention to the egg station which offers any sort of egg wanted! Also used for evening meals which are themed on certain evenings. The XO restaurant is japanese influenced and extremely tasty. The Peninsula Restaurant is overlooking the ocean and is Mediterranean based. Again the food is well presented and the views are beautiful. The Cove is the only restaurant that has additional costs and is quite expensive but lovely for a one off special. This restaurant is either lobster or vegan and we enjoyed the setting. We decided to go for half board instead of all inclusive and this worked out very well for us. Our room was on the ground floor with fantastic views of the beach and cove. It was spotlessly clean with drinking water provided every day. The main positive for this hotel is their lovely staff. Every member is polite and friendly and could not do more for you. Special mention to the Reception staff who sorted out a medical issue for me and were extremely helpful. Overall this is a hotel I want to return to as soon as possible. Thank you to Management and Staff for a wonderful experience.

An idyllic location, beautifully situated with amazing scenery. The staff, food and accommodation were exemplary. We had an amazing stay and can thoroughly recommend, to the point where our daughter has just booked her honeymoon there.

Amazing stay at Paradise Hotel. Rooms were fantastic, we stayed in a deluxe room, 2nd floor but the steps were worth it with lovely views and a vaulted ceiling. Beach/pool towels seemed to be changed daily along with bath towels. Loved the no reserving sun bed rule, always lots of sun beds in so many locations, you feel like you were in a different place every day. We were All Inclusive which felt like great value. Good selection of wines, try the local Lychee wine. Food was varied and excellent. No need to pay extra for the Cove. We loved the Peninsula for long lunches then “buffet” restaurant for dinner which had an excellent choice of themed meals. XO the Japanese restaurant was a lovely experience. The team at PC were first class, so many to mention but shout outs to Deepak at the Peninsula, Micheal who never stopped all day and Ashina who was a ray of sunshine at the bar. The only 1 disappoin**ent was the water around the hotel wasn’t clear so made snorkelling impossible. The hotel did free bike hire and a 20 min cycle to Grand Baie helped scratch the hitch a couple of times. They also do snorkel trips and a glass bottom boat but it wasn’t swimming from your sun bed as I’d hoped. Looking forward returning next year.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet cove. Everything about the stay was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained , the staff are friendly and the dining is excellent. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Way beyond any hotel experience we have had before.

The spa is amazing! I had the most fantastic massage & facial from Lora. She really put me at ease & was so lovely. She got rid of the knots in my shoulders which no one else has managed to do. I loved the facial she gave me & felt a million dollars as I floated out the door - thank you Lora ❤️
