Good experience overall. The breakfast was totally delicious. The staff seemed unfriendly, however, they were polite. The gentleman who works at the boat house was very friendly and welcoming. The boat house also has a several complementary water activities, which is wonderful.

I enjoy staying 10 days in Cocotier Hotel. Very nice hotel, the view, the pool, the food, and the people there. The hotel price is affordable and they also have music at night.

Cocotier hotel provides you with a very home and welcoming feeling. Traveling across the world and arriving there, the friendliness of the staff from security to house keeping was great! Only thing needed is bottle water in the room! Ravish, farheen, shubham, cynthia everyone at the restaurant was so kind

Cocotiers hotel is a very small Hotel but nice too. The receptionist have make us comfortable, talk very well n explain us about the Hotel. She is very professional to her Job ( keep it up). The room is also good n clean. The restaurant n the view is beautiful. The waiter has come to see us n service. But for the negative comment i am very disappointed because i have do a reservation on mari deals n talk to them about the supplement for the birthday cake n also they have confirm me that is okey for the cake. When i came at the hotel, the receptionist tell me that there is no reservation for the cake. In the restaurant, i have to wait 15 mins to get the dessert that was very unprofessional too much poor service. I have send bad comments, it doesn't means that u don't know ur job so don't take it too serious just be careful next time as a professional.

First of all the place is quite with fresh flower but it was horrible as day use at the restaurant only 2 staff is working we was hungry we ask for some snack which we will pay they say we must wait til 11h00 to take order there is no one.and the food at the buffet was very very cold..NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

From arrival to departure a wonderful stay.We celebrated our daughters' birthday.We like very much the entertainment in the evening.Foods,drinks and hospitality was great.What made it even more special ,the staff was the most attentive people and helpful.Would love to give a special thanks to Kris Jooriah,Operational manager.Amazing.

I don't know why some of the reviews are so awful. My room, 114, had a sea view. It was perfectly clean and spacious. Yes, it could do with a re-plastering of walls and ceiling and new tiles in the shower but this is a 2* hotel, not 5. I had the a/c on low throughout which took the moisture out. There is a clean pebble beach. It's in a sheltered position in the bay and not too windy. Restaurant, reception and the outside in general are attractive. The clean, heated pool is great. Tasteful music by the pool all day. Breakfast was adequate and you can get snacks in the afternoon. Staff are helpful. Relaxed family atmosphere.

The best hotel in Mauritius the service the food and not only that but also the feeling of being secure by a good security service in the hotel if I have to type everything there is not enough space here thanks to the staff big kiss from QUEBEC hope to see you guys next time

We checked in with disappointment and complaints about the room and the hotel in overall. The pictures on the Internet are very deceiving compared to what you actually see when you go there. This place badly need renovation and it needs to be closed down. Once, the place have the makeover then it should reopen. I got a room which was not convenient at all for my baby especially as we live in a very clean and beautiful house. It was extremely disappointing to pay for such mediocrity. I made sure that Eclesia knew how disappointed we were and I requested to pay for a seaview room and she tried to arranged for that. We saw the room but we were still not happy and I was thinking to cancel my stay. However, Eclesia felt my concern and shared it with The Manager Kris who then upgraded us to a better room at no cost. The view at the hotel is mesmerising both sunset and sunrise. The food at the restaurant is very limited in variety but it was very very tasty. Hats off to the Chef. The ladies at the restaurant was very nice to us and Kris cane to us several times during our stay we make sure we were okay.
