WARNING: I booked this property through a third party site. After the booking was confirmed, they demanded additional payment for things listed as included and for a cleaning fee which was not listed. Such hidden fees and post contract conditions are unlawful in the EU, and the third party website took my side. The accommodation agreed to honour the original booking but then sent condescending and passive aggressive messages. They then cancelled the day before I was due to arrive. The five star reviews on the website I booked through also looked suspicious as nearly all of them were from 'local guides' not guests and were written in generic marketing language.

I have never stayed in a place this bad in a long time. I would not recommend anyone to book this place. The amount of money is not worth the hassle and bad staff treatment. Even before arriving, we had to deal with the rude booking staff (Wendy) who was forcefully trying to upsell us on so many expensive, unnecessary things that were available much cheaper with other suppliers. We asked for a late checkout and were told to pay an exorbitant extra amount even though we’d already paid for a full 2 week stay at the apartment. When I complained about the cost of the late checkout, I was told that I would need to take their overpriced shuttle service to get this for free. Suffice to say I did not take this. These staff were also rude to some Mauritian friends we had asked to check out the accommodation for us. I had already told the staff (Wendy and co) that we’d check in after 5 pm because of our flight and getting to the apartment. Yet there was still no one here to give us the keys when we arrived. After a few phone calls and waiting an extra 30 minutes, we got the keys from what can be described as the only person in this place with manners. He helped with our luggage and refused a tip. We’re now only at this place for a day, and it’s been is not good. First, I had to call again this morning to find out why the daily cleaning service hadn’t arrived. Then after finding people walking around, we arranged for the daily cleaning service to commence. The cleaning service is so bad you can't even call it that. The floors and even the bed-making are not even worth it. We asked for the 2 single beds to be turned into one bed. The staff pushed the 2 beds together instead of making it into a proper bed. When we explained what they needed to do, they said they couldn’t do it. They didn’t have an extra duvet or blanket and the know-how on how to turn 2 single beds into one bed. After having to fight and argue with the concierge and then complain to an unsympathetic and rude person (Tirousha) at the head office booking staff, they finally agreed to turn the single beds into a proper double bed. It turns out it was possible, but they just didn’t want to do it. Going the extra mile and helping is not on these guys agenda. This place is 1 star at best with the service levels. The concierge arrived at the apartment with the cleaning staff and could see that we were working and in an online meeting, and he still insisted on speaking to us. I was also expected to write down my credit card details on a piece of paper or give them 200 euros cash for a deposit. When I declined both options, I was told that they would have security remove us from the building without refunding the accommodation. If I could get a refund, I would run from this place. After speaking to Tirousha yet again about this, I said that I was fine with pre-authorisation for a deposit but not by writing my card details down. She reiterated that I would be removed from the building without

Exercise huge caution when booking this venue . Not good communication (was booked thru Airbnb). Check in was a disaster .No quality checks done before check in either (safety deposit box not working). I then had an incident of theft . Still waiting on management to respond despite several follow ups with their operations manager . This put a huge damper on my stay . For a venue this expensive, I would have expected to hear from the directors . Not a venue I would recommend or book again . Most disappointing LOV - you clearly have no interest in your guests .

We were very disappointed with this apartment - the apartment itself was very nice - but the beach in front of the apartment is not for swimming - its awful - not much of a beach to lie on - We expected a beach holiday walk out your door and swim every morning - but you had to either walk or taxi to a decent swimming pretty beach. So just a warning ! Also the main room was closest to the main road so at night traffic noise. We left early and lost a lot of money, as had to rebook elsewhere! Maybe we should have researched it more before booking.

Вид из пентхауса просто великолепный, Здесь постоянно тучки , с соседнего пляжа если смотришь,, не понятно по какой причине. Променад отсутствует, купаться в океане не получиться по причине мелко, камни , и водоросли , такси дорого ,надо брать машину... Лобстеров и рыбу продают живых ближе к гольф клубу ( таксист знает где), Ежедневно ездим на пляж благо их тут много. Ром неплохой , но самый дешёвый брать не советую. Для Африки все не так уж плохо .. Вообщем положительное впечатление

Séjour de 7 nuits aux estivales, appartement rez-de-jardin. Vraiment une très belle découverte. C'est spacieux (plus de 100m2 pour un appartement avec 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain), décoré avec goût, et aménagé comme il faut. Petit bémol mais qui reste subjectif: la literie est très ferme. Les logements sont en petit nombre (10 répartis dans 2 petits bâtiments), avec piscine collective vraiment très sympa, face à la mer. Quelques petites choses à revoir: une terrasse en bois vieillissante avec des arêtes qui peuvent blesser, notamment des enfants, une liseuse dans la chambre qui se déboite, une retouche peinture à faire dans la salle de bain, bref, rien d'extraordinaire en soit. Sinon c'est vraiment chouette. Parking fermé, gardé et sécurisé par portail électrique, guérite avec personne à l'entrée, on se sent bien. Très bien situé sur la partie Nord-Ouest, proche de Trou aux Biches et de Grand Baie. Bien situé pour visiter toute la partie ouest de l'île !

Appartement qui aurait pu être bien si le personnel (conciergerie et nettoyage) possédait un minimum de courtoisie. Notre séjour a été malheureusement gaché par M.Samir le concierge qui a eu une attitude très déplacée. L'appartement comportait un canapé vieilli et taché, pas d'ampoule dans la chambre principal, nous avions demandé le rez-de-chaussée qui n'a pas été accordé malgré qu'il était vide.Le groupe LOV n'a pas non plus été réceptif car il n'a été capable de nous offrir de compensation à la hauteur de ces incidents malheureux...
