Wir hatten eine Hochzeitsfeier (07.06.2024) im Gasthaus Fuchs ca, 55 Personen. Der Wirt und sein Personal hatten eine super Arbeit hin gelegt. Bei der Planung konnte uns Thomas einige Steine aus dem Weg nehmen. Er sorgte für genügend Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten, bei der Planung des Menus half er dem jungen Brautpaar sehr gut mit. Alles verlief ohne Probleme, wie besprochen. Essen war wie immer super und der Service prima. Wir empfehlen dieses Gasthaus sehr gerne weiter.

Auch wenn’s draußen noch so saut, innen drin beim Fuchs in Mauth erlebst du, was ein Gasthaus ist wo’st einfach gern willkommen bist. Es ist ein einfach schönes Haus, für Augen- und auch Gaumenschmaus. Das Regenwetter hier in Mauth hat uns den schönen Schnee geklaut. Das war zwar richtig Langlauf-fies, doch gibt’s zum Trost ein Paradies. Dafür gibt’s hier in Maut ein Wort: der Fuchs in Mauth, das ist der Ort.

Das Gasthaus ist sehr geschmackvoll restauriert worden. Inneneinrichtung, Tischdekoration etc. strahlen eine Behaglichkeit und Wärme aus, die durch den freundlichen Service verstärkt wird. Sowohl in der Küche als auch im Restaurant sind Menschen anwesend, die ihren Beruf als Berufung verstehen. Täglich wechselnde Karte plus Standardkarte, dazu hauseigene kleine Brauerei. Qualität der Speisen hervorragend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Bodenständige Küche mit frischen Zutaten, dabei auch „ ausgefallene“ Speisen mit Blick über den Tellerrand eines Dorfgasthauses hinaus. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert komplett empfehlenswert. Fazit: Ein sehr schöner Abend im Gasthaus Fuchs in Mauth. Immer wieder gerne ! Verzehrte Speisen : Petersilienwurzelcreme - Süppchen Rindssuppn mit Brätstrudel Rostbraten mit Röstzwiebeln und Spätzle Herbstlicher Salat mit Tranchen vom Rind Dessert : Liwanzen mit Heidelbeer-Röster
