Very nice hotel and breakfast buffet !!! Nice location close the sea shore. Good service at lobby.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, sin embargo nuestra habitación daba vista hacia la ciudad , en la zona hay muchos bares que cierran hasta tarde y nuestra ventana no cerraba bien por lo que el ruido no dejo dormir hasta las 4:00 am

Fui en temporada algo baja octubre y todo de maravilla, en recepción y al entregarme la habitación súper rápido, todo muy limpio y muy atentos, las habitaciones no son las más grandes pero están bien🤝🏼

Bonito lugar, el check in mal servicio porque no desocupaban habitaciones

The Hotel meet basic needs. What will make me think twice about booking again is the disappointment about this Agency w lack of empathy. I understand thinking people could lie but I offered to provide documentation as I had to leave very unexpectedly to an other state after my Father passed away. I tried to talk to the front person and their attitude was sad and unkind. Thinking back also during the first days of my stay I was I could also request warm water to take my medication at the downstairs Starbucks since there are no coffee makers that could be used to warm up the water that I bought. The male there was just rude and very unkind. I am not a person to report things like these but if someone is mad about clients asking for anything w respect and politely would probably be given a non front desk job or definately not work in customer service.

wonderful property, excellent location and very friendly staff. There is no bar if you like to have a cocktail before or after dinner. And I highly recommend learning some basic Spanish otherwise definitely would recommend and go back!
