El hotel es sencillo y de ambiente familiar. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica dónde uno puede desplaz**** con facilidad a distintos puntos turísticos y de entretenimiento. Me es grato mencionar que las personas que laboran en el hotel son de trato cálido, amable y se siente uno en un ambiente hospitalario; creo que es la mejor característica del lugar. Lo único que veo negativo es la mención en reglamento del hotel donde prohíben introducir alimentos y bebidas en las aéreas de esparcimiento; lo que resulta decepcionante. Fuera de ello es una buena opción para pasar tiempo en familia y conocer esta maravillosa Ciudad.

Our first time at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach with a nice pool. The one thing we were less excited about was the Mariachi bands that would travel up and down the beach playing until 8:00 or so, but that's not a hotel issue. The beds were not as comfortable as we were accustomed to, much to hard for our liking. Otherwise a pleasant time. Staff are wonderful.

Walls paper thin. You can hear everything in every room around you. No sleep... Notice in room not to drink water. They give you bottle water in room and charge you for it.

It’s located centrally to restaurants and you can take public transportation to the pier I would stay here again

All the times we’ve stayed anywhere in Mexico, we both agreed that Costa de Oro was our favorite for comfort, esthetics, ocean views, all staff, great area for shopping and eateries. Always felt safe. Best WiFi ever! Our only complaint was there was no cushions provided for the poolside loungers. We will definitely come back!

Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice. Only things to say was no refrigerator or microwave in standard room so we couldn’t bring any leftovers back with us, and that the beds are not the most comfortable, too hard for our liking, a softer bed would be nice

I love this property and have been going to it for 30 years but it needs a bit of a refresh at least for the bathrooms as they don’t quite work leaking faucets, toilet not flushing quite right and shower slow to drain. Otherwise my stay was great.

No hand rails in shower. No TV guide, had to surf channels. Only 2 hard wooden chairs in room (very
uncomfortable for TV watchers). No dresser for clothing,
only 2 drawers in desk. Hot tub was restricted to condo
owners only.....what kind of resort does that??? Music
in dining room was usually at about 150dbl during breakfast time, so refused to eat there. Also, shower
stalls should have bath mats, as the floors get slippery.
A repeat visit is questionable. Management should take
better care, as lots of seniors stay there.

Nice hotel with a great location right on the beach. Friendly staff. The building is outdated but if you’re ok with simple clean rooms then this will work.
