PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!!

The property at Isla Mazatlan residence is very comfortable and away from the main *****. If you are looking to relax and not be near too many people this is perfect. The marina view is beautiful. The villa we stayed in was spacious.

The check in was terrible. The guard at entrance did not recognize our reservation. Hotels fixed the problem! Thank you

El inmueble en general estaba muy descuidado , las habitaciones empolvadas con muebles viejos algunos dañados , el servicio de restaurante de el lugar tenía pésimo servicio del personal , la habitación no contaba con servicio de limpieza tuvimos que recolectar la basura de los botes de los baños por políticas del lugar y se supo era una Reservacion “de lujo”

La maison en rangée est parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille : 3 chambres, cuisine, salles à manger intérieure et extérieur, 2 salons, salle de lavage, 1 grand balcon, 2 petits, 5 salles de bain. Très spatieux mais n'est pas décoré au goût du jour. Tous les équipements de notre unité étaient fonctionnels même si un peu vieux. Cuisine équipée, séchoir, fer à repasser, laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, etc. Tout y est. Accueil du personnel sur place absolument parfait. Des cruches d'eau de 18L ont été livrées dans notre unité à notre demande. Relativement tranquille : dépend des voisins que l'on a. Certains soirs : aucun bruit, d'autres soirs : on entend la musique jusqu'à 5h du matin. Amenez vous des bouchons d'oreille au cas ou afin de bien vous reposer. Même chose pour le wi-fi : certaines journées c'était parfait, d'autres fois moins bien. L'emplacement est excellent. Dans la marina, à proximité des magasins, de bars, de restaurants et à la limite de la ville. Walmart et centre commercial également à proximité. Nécessite un transport pour aller en ville (taxi, pulmonia, etc.). Le site est sécurisé par des grilles et un gardien. Nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits de ce séjour. Les points positifs surpassent largement les petits points à améliorer.

Mencionan que son suites de lujo y es mentira, esta todo viejo y en malas condiciones, el refrigerador descompuesto tira agua, el clima no funciona, las toallas nejas y huelen a humedad, reserve frente a la bahia y me comentaron no habia disponibilidad, las areas comunes sucias, la alberca sucia y detras del restaurante mucha basura acumulada; la verdad no se parece nada a las fotod

Todo estuvo excelente solo que no limpiaban ni sabanas ni toallas y menos la estancia
Tuve que pagar para que cambiaran sábanas y no cambiaban el edredón
