Experiencia mala ya que yo reserve 2 adultos 2 niños y al llegar al hotel me cobraron extra por los niños...ademas nadie informo que la piscina del hotel esta en remodelacion y la playa alrededor llena de piedras de escombro por la remodelacion...

I was at the Palms resort January 20-27, 2024. I was travelling alone, and my first room was booked mountainside. The facilities weren’t suitable for my mobility issues and they were kind enough to change my room to a handicap room with more grab bars in the bathroom. That was on the main floor facing the pool, which has been under construction all this time. Housekeeping was really good and the trouble with me is I needed more grab bars, even with the curbless shower. The bed in the handicap room was far too firm, so I needed other blankets under me to be comfortable. My suggestion, for any of the rooms would be to have at least one chair with arms. I had a lot of difficulty standing without that extra assistance. The staff at the front concierge area was very good and I’m sorry to the guy that I kept calling Diego instead of Alberto 😟 he arranged a cab for me to go to the airport on the morning of my departure The Panama restaurant is part of the resort and it is an exceptional restaurant, but it is so busy that I was never able to have breakfast there because it was too full. The hotel and Mexico tourist areas in general have really improved with handicap ramps just about everywhere except to the beach area. The Palms resort is very close to all the other tourist activities and money exchange.

Got wrong room had to move the second day we were there and the construction was horrible and loud. Closed the only bar and no pool or hot tub. Don't go there ... ******* didn't say anything about the construction going on ..

Great rooms, great views, great service! Staff is awesome, lots of places in this area to choose from, but this hotel is a standout...will definitely be back again, if you plan on visiting mazatlan give this place a try you won't be disappointed

The pool was closed and will be for months. They are understaffed and really shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. The restaurant Panama bought the hotel….they are extremely thrifty and it shows. What a shame as this was such a gem in the past.
