The hotel is located in a serene environment devoid of the usual city noise, which is good for holidays, but the service is deplorable. It is also very expensive with nothing to show for it. The breakfast is bereft of any variety and is tasteless. The rooms lacks all major accessories of comfort including an intercom. It was a terrible experience and I will never stay here again.

J'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir l'hôtel Kepaanga qui j'imagine tire son nom de la contraction de deux mots Wolof Kepar et Teraanga. Un vrai Kepar à travers ses belles chambres et une Teraanga affirmée par la qualité de la cuisine, de l'accueil et du service. Seule fausse note le premier jour le manque de personnel peut-être lié à la période créant de la lenteur au petit déjeuner. Cela a été rattrapé efficacement par la serveuse passionnée Dieynaba NDOM et le lendemain par un buffet. Je vous le conseille vraiment.

Très décevant! Fred le propriétaire est ignoble, irrespectueux et par dessus le marché pas du tout professionnel! Le cadre semble idyllique mais ce n’est qu une utopie! La nourriture y est plus que douteuse… Je déconseille cet endroit!

Mauvaise expérience ! Souvenir très désagréable ! On nous a jetés à l'accueil après que la standardiste se soit trompée sur nos dates de réservation : nous avons appelé deux fois pour confirmer nos dates sans toutefois recevoir en retour un SMS ou un appel d'annulation vu qu'elle pensait que vous venions le vendredi, donc plusieurs heures de route pour entendre la standardiste nous dire que c'était notre erreur pas la leur et nous dire sans excuse ni professionnalisme qu'elle n'avait rien pour nous... À la demande de voir un responsable ou le gérant... Elle nous répond que c est elle qui gère et qu'elle n'a pas de responsable !!! Dommage pour un établissement qui offre un aussi beau cadre Avec un enfant on a du faire le tour de saly pour nous trouver un endroit où dormir...
