Fantastic rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Beautiful vista but also incredible building with real attention to detail. Delicious food & drinks. Very accommodating friendly staff. A real gem we were glad to find & good vegetarian options.

If you want a place to eat away from the madding crowd, look no further. This beautiful hotel has a tranquil courtyard and roof top restaurant. Lovely place for breakfast or lunch. Food excellent and staff really friendly. Would love to stay at the hotel next time as it looks wonderful.

We were on a day trip to Mdina and in need of a light lunch. Fortunately, we stumbled across this hotel. Even though we were not guests and only using it to purchase refreshments nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff. If the standard of coffee, tea and sandwiches is anything to go by then we will definitely be back to try out the restaurant and accommodation. Highly recommend you seek out this little gem of place.

We stopped in for a coffee and were very impressed by the acrchitecture and the enclosed courtyard where we had our drinks. The service was impecable and we stayed for another drink. We were treated to a tour of the building and were amazed! The rooms are excellent and we are looking forward to going back for a meal as a minumum!

We have stayed in Palazzo Bifora to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The decorate our room accordingly. The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant is very good as well. Everything was amazing. Thank you Omar, Ivan and Ana for hosting us so well.

We stayed here for a couple nights, and loved it. The staff is very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. They had good suggestions and were very professional. The welcome drink of kinnie (a Maltese drink) was a nice touch. Our room and bed were comfortable, with good AC. We had no street noise at night, despite our room facing the street in front of the hotel. Morning breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and made for a great start to the day. Likewise, a pre-dinner drink up there was also a great way to watch the sunset. We rented a car, and were unsure where to park it, since you can't really drive up to the hotel. My own first guess at parking was inconvenient, but the staff had a much better place to park that was only a 2-3 minute walk away. If you rent a car, be sure to ask them where to park before you arrive.

Just spent a week at this beautiful hotel, fantastic service such lovely friendly staff highly recommended. Nothing too much trouble, fabulous food , location great for exploring around the island. You won’t be disappointed Steve & Ginger

We had an amazing evening meal in the rooftop restaurant. It was perfect! The service was amazing, the food was absolutely exquisite and the views just made it all extra special. One of the best meals we have ever eaten. Would definitely recommend this place.

My friend and I took a last minute trip to Malta for a little getaway and I stumbled upon some reviews of this boutique hotel while we were deciding where to go, after the travel agent had suggested some massive properties in Valletta. I told my friend to take a look and she immediately called and booked the last room available. Boy, were we lucky! Not only is it in the absolutely pristine old medieval capitol of Malta, but it turned out to be one of only 2 hotels there, and it felt like we had come home. They only have 6 rooms, all impeccable decorated, with a choice of pillows and mattress style. But what made the experience even better was the attentiveness of the staff. They could not have been more accommodating, trying to satisfy our every request, above and beyond anything I think I have ever experienced. Omar, the owner was incredibly helpful in arranging a good itinerary for us to make the most of our limited time, just as an added bonus. We truly felt we had made new friends. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet with it's own interesting history, and there was nothing better after a day of sightseeing than to come home to this calm beautiful oasis in the "quiet city". I went with a friend and we felt very privileged to stay there. Extremely calm and quiet after the tourists leave, we enjoyed strolling the perfect streets- not one speck of litter anywhere, as if elves came and cleaned it during the night. So beautiful.. Fantastic breakfast served on the roof poolside (or inside if you prefer). If you get the opportunity to go to Malta, believe the reviews and treat yourself to a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Bifora!
