Ciekawym aspektem tego hotelu jest urzekający widok na miasto, który, jak sądzę, jest główną atrakcją. Śniadanie jest różnorodne, jedzenie pyszne, a miejsce na dachu jest naprawdę ładne. Służba bezpieczeństwa jest również bardzo przyjazna. Jest jednak coś, co nie do końca spełniło moje oczekiwania, ponieważ zarezerwowałem pokój typu deluxe, ale wyglądał bardziej jak pokój typu Superior i był mniejszy. Nie pasował wielkością do pokoju typu deluxe. Ale nie przeszkadza mi to, po prostu nie chciałam zawracać sobie głowy ponownym pójściem do recepcjonistki, haha. Dziękuję za przeżycie, miło i czysto w pokoju 👍🏻😍

initially I was given a room with less furniture than I saw on web, a faulty safe box and what I later found out it is a room that is yet to be repaired and refurbished.
I told them I am not going to stay in the room which was not cool either. SO after an hour of waiting - I got actually the room I booked for with all its furniture and working remotes and all that I needed for a comfortable stay for this trip trip.
during check-in, the reception desk was dark and not at all welcoming. The gentlemen behind the desk was exactly over the moon either - anyway - after change of room everything worked out well. I had a comfortable stay. The morning Front desk people were wonderful, helpful.
The Security Guy and Bell Man on both duties were very kind, attentive throughout my stay and I tipped them each a IDR 50K

Although I booked a different type of room for my second night at the hotel, they allowed me to stay in the same room. The staff are really friendly and always ready to help.
