Our check-in started with a notice that the room we had booked was not available and that for our first night, we would have to settle for a narrow “double bed” bedroom that was very very small. The attendant did however upgrade us to a bigger room for our next 3 nights. Also, While we booked ourselves as a couple, both times the rooms had only one pillow and one towel, which was rectified once we brought it to the attendants attention.

Beware the hotel rooms are nothing like the picture. The room I stayed was ridiculously small and all run down and old. The worst an unbelievable is that for 2 days in a raw the restaurant staff didn’t have change in the register for something equivalent of $5 bucks, really a boutique hotel in the heart of el Poblado not have change to give back? That just tell you everything you need to know of the operations they’re running in this hotel. Save your time and money and book somewhere else if you don’t want to be severely disappointed.

The place is a simple, not fancy, clean, has air conditioning, great staff, nice breakfast, will stay again. The place could use a little updating, but very clean, and at a great price. Service is 5 stars

Well locatedhotel in the Manila area of Medellin. 10 minute walk to the Metro, shops and restaurants nearby. 12 minute walk to Parque Lleras but on a quiet street. Nice breakfast.

Excellent service. Lovely breakfast. Good location in the Manila district of El Poblado, Medellin. Good wifi. Easy walking distance to Metro and restaurants. Be aware there is no elevator and some of the cheaper rooms do not have air conditioning. But overall, nothing but praise.

Nice hotel in centre of funky Manila barrio. Good service. Good wifi. Nice breakfast. Lack of elevator (and room on top floor was a little tiring). Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of hot water.

Staid with my son for 1 night assuming that it was a normal business/vacation accomodation, but apparently it was not the case. It turns to be noisy and busy overnight.
