Very very loud !! Avoid Not much more to say , nice rooms and pleasant reception and staff but whoever designed this place and stuck it onto a very busy main road needs to go back to the drawing board ! There are many nicer and quieter places in Medellin so no need to get stuck here

Great Staff, very friendly. Place is clean, close to Good Areas, great pool and pool bar. BUT, the Noise inside and outside of the hotel is Overwhelming. The staff is very loud in the hallways, the Hotel Hosts parties until late and are very noisy, and the noise made by traffic, people and Airplanes landing and taking off from the Local Airport is too much.
Good place if you just want to Party, but if you are there to relax and or work, not the place to be. The Cleaning staff could do a better job Organizing and cleaning the rooms.

The hotel is located between 2 main Streets.It s like living and sleeping at the airport. Closing the windows did little to help. I purposely booked a room with balcony as I dislike AC. When I complained to the hotel they had no viable alternative.Worse they refused to refund my money. I booked another hotel and disputed the charges

The lady at registration was super excellent costumer services love the place the breakfast, the pool and the bar and is very close to the store's

This is actually a pretty cool hotel. Kinda feels like an active high end hosel but with better rooms and no dorms.
The rooms are nice (except the most basic rooms on the 2nd floor, super noisy), the room pool situation is solid, breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their work and do what they can to be helpful.
It's too expensive for long stays, but it's worth considering for anything less than a week.
Also - if you know the area it's sort on the border between Laureles and Belen, so depending what activities you're going for, it is a solid location.
Odd but real criticism: The AC units are right above the beds, which makes it tough to find the right temperature. The worst part though is the LED lights on the AC units are super bright and annoying, they make the room feel like a crappy night club and never get dark. I solved the problem by going out to buy black electrical tape to cover the lights. Highly recommended!
(Note to the property - keep black electrical tape on hand and offer it to people to block out that ridiculous AC light)

The staff are simply the BEST!!! Also the building is somewhat new so it's super sharp and clean. Yavonne checked me in and was super sweet and professional. Estaban was my server for my amazing breakfast and gave me lovely suggestions for local food spots that were top notch!
