Hotel Dann Carlton Medellín

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

One of the nicer hotels in Medellin and near everything in the Poblado / Provenza area. Good pool and jacuzzi, but rooms and gym are very dated.

泳池可以，整體高規格，健身處有桑拿房。不過早飯一般。地理位置不錯，離酒吧一條街近，對面有星巴克和creeps y waffles

單間有些黴味，但是早餐不錯，還有壽司

服務：前台服務態度很不好，很難與五星級酒店匹配

設施：不錯 衞生：很好 環境：優美

The property and pool area are great ... Staff is great just need more English speaking wait staff in the restaurant area ....I stay at the hotel all the time

It was one of many vacations. Pre-check in went good around 12 pm. We came back around 3:15 pm to check in. We were giving the key to our room and I even ask the person behind the desk what kind of view we had and her response was I don't know and you get what you get! I get the card key to our room and when I opened the door and walked in the room had dirty tennis shoes the bathroom was not clean there where a few items left I am guessing from the previous guest (sun block, deodorants, lotions, creams, coins, and papers). they radio in to give us the next room that was being clean. They don't give us a new card key, they don't bring us our suitcases. I called guest service no answer. I had to go to the lobby and tell them what kind of service they have!!! ask for a supervisor and they said he just had left.horrible experience. Greeting was poor. After the check in I actually felt unsafe and wanted to go to another hotel and didn't care if I had to pay extra. Days before we visited Cartagena and it was totally the opposite!
