位置不錯，離餐廳很近，床很舒服，衞生每天都有做，但前台那個女服務員不靠譜，開始説沒有我的訂單，後來又説要我付款。我説我已經付過了，後來經攜程網溝通，她就沒説什麼了。水不免費，要付費，還不便宜。

This is a nice little hotel that feels like a home away from home.
The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
I would stay here again.

I was only there for a week and I should’ve stayed longer. All of the staff was very nice and helpful and I speak very little Spanish but a few of the staff spoke English and google translator helped too. It’s in walking distance to restaurants, shops, whatever you need or a short cab or Uber ride. It’s not like a major hotel chain but I prefer that when I travel. They were very knowledgeable about Medellin and were concerned about me being safe. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel without any particular character, it has an uncomfortable location in a residential area not close to bars and restaurants. Or better the distance is not great, 10-15 minutes on foot but the hotel itself recommends not to walk alone in the area, especially when it’s dark. Therefore it’s necessary to use a taxi. The room was average with ugly furniture, no complimentary water. Very few outlets, if you want to charge something you have to unplug either the tv or a lamp or both. There was a safe but unluckily I’m not tall enough to reach it… The bathroom was small but with a large shower with hot water and liquid soap dispenser. On the contrary for the wash basin there was a small soap that broke in pieces as soon as you touched it. Breakfast is good and you can choose to have, beside fruit and juice, eggs or granola with yogurt, or pancakes or sandwiches. No lift and I haven’t seen rooms on the ground floor, I’m not sure it’s suitable for people with motility problems. Wifi is good. The staff is kind but you have to ask to clean the room if you want it to be done.

The courtyard is gorgeous, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast menu was great and the food was delicious, and the vibe was very safe and peaceful. Our room was very small, but this ended up being okay because we were out often and the weather was clear, so we could sit out in the courtyard/dining area.

Even for a 3 star hotel this place was pretty average. The sheets and towels were clean but they had stains on them. I could hear people on the stairs or in the lobby from my room. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so you’d have to take your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. No the staff won’t offer to help with that. On the plus side: The room was spacious and the water pressure in the bathroom was great.

The staff was friendly and the location was nice and quiet but still a close walkable distance to where all of the action is. The only issue would be that you probably need to catch a taxi back since the hotel is up on a hill. The room looked fine and the shower and bathroom were nice and it always had hot water even though it sometimes took a while to get warm. The DOWNSIDES of the property were that I often noticed stains on the sheets and towels AND the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. I addressed it with the front desk on the first day I arrived and they acted as though there was nothing they could do. I put a couple of blankets underneath me but it still did not help. It wasn't until after a couple of days had passed and I got so sore that I was about to check out early that they "did something to the bed" that made it a lot more comfortable and bearable when I continued to use the 2 blankets. Yet this should have been done before I was driven to want to leave early

We stayed here for 2 nights in December 22. The place is a 15 minute walk to decent restaurants and bars, though all uphill on the way back. Breakfast is basic and not at all interesting. Our room had various faults which no doubt had been reported before but not fixed - broken toilet seat lid, blind that didn’t open so no daylight in the room, shower door that let the floor get wet, the floor by the fridge hadn’t been cleaned in ages…. At the desk Loren (daytime) was extremely pleasant and helpful, but her evening/nighttime colleague needs to refresh her customer service skills and maybe learn to smile. Overall we were underwhelmed by this place which felt tired and unloved. The only saving grace was Pantera, a beautiful cat, who sauntered around.
