This place still remains the best hotel in the area. The location is great and the people working there are very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and nice.
The breakfast was pretty bad. Those eggs weren't real eggs. It was some kind of poorly cooked imitation by product. And papaya is never an ideal fruit I am interested for breakfast.

Nuestra estadía fue por dos noches tres días. Escogimos el hotel por la cercanía al estadio ya que íbamos a un concierto. El personal del hotel nos atendió muy amable desde que entramos, fueron muy diligentes en cualquier cosa que necesitamos (tours, transporte, guía, etc). Las instalaciones son limpias y ordenadas y como fuimos en época navideña, estaba decorado alusivo lo que hacía que se viera más acogedor. El desayuno incluido, tiene varias opciones para escoger y siempre ofrecen: fruta, jugo de naranja, bebida caliente y agua. El único punto a mejorar es el tema del ruido externo, por la zona donde está ubicado se escucha muchísimo la música de los locales.

la atención estuvo buena, el cuarto limpio y el staff que sirve los desayunos muy amables, lo único que me puedo quejar es que no tiene ese papel que va en la puerta para avisar cuando quieres que hagan servicio de cuarto, también no hay control en el ruido en las noches o madrugadas, cualquier sonido en el pasillo suena extremadamente duro, y literalmente se puede escuchar por todo los pasillos, habían unos inquilinos hablando y riendo en todo el pasillo a las 3 am y el staff no decía nada, hasta que me toco llamar para que hicieran algo, siento que esto es de sentido común que si alguien está haciendo mas ruido de lo normal el staff debe encarg**** de eso, y no tener que levantarme de mal genio y llamar para que hagan algo, esto paso mas de una noche, asi que puedo decir que no tuve buenas noches en la semana que me hospede!!

Muchos errores, registrando, aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no cable de Tv, no Wifi, me llamaron después del check out q debía pagar los IVA ya estaba lejos del hotel… desorden check out..

la atención muy buena, los puntos malos, cucarachas pequeñas en la habitación y el baño, respondieron que era por la epoca del año y la bulla de las discotecas al rededor
