預訂時的照片跟實際房間嚴重不符。（攜程照片有開放廚房，有沙發，空間開闊）
入住後感覺被欺騙了，房間很小，沒有廚房沒有沙發，床衹有0.8米寬，然後居然要1250元一晚。
訂的是雙床房，入住時卻是大床房，等了一個小時後才過來拆分成兩床房。
洗澡的時候淋雨頭居然掉下來了，這對千元以上的房間來看很不可思議。

非常失望，就是衝著頂樓游泳池來得，但是這周都不開！！唉！希望日後這樣的能通知先，耽誤選擇的！

Beautiful hotel but majority of the staffs are not that friendly or make you feel welcome at all. For a high rating VIP access hotel, you would think that they would treat your VIP guests with some respect but not in this case. I feel that things could have gone better but I was highly disappointed on my stay. As bad as it sounds but I don’t think I would come back again. I do rather stay elsewhere in El Poblado.

Excellent service and very attentive to the needs of the guests, very grateful to the guest relations department and all the staff were very attentive to the accident that my daughter had in her riding class.

The views from York are unbeatable! There’s a plaza near by with some great food and shopping options. It was a little farther from the main like downtown area but it was a 15 minute Uber to Provenza and the Ubers were cheap!

Beautiful property in a very safe walkable area with restaurants and near by shops, not too far from the bars area but not too close either to interfere with your rest !

The reviews I read were right. This was a exceptional hotel. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Eager to answer all your questions and concerns. Even the restaurant staff were great. Location was in a good area to walk around if you can walk 30 mins. View makes it worth it.
