The hotel was in a great location, el poblado, and it was top notch (from the rooms, breakfast and overall service). Would definently stay here next time.

酒店位置很好，就在老外核心酒店區中心，出門就是酒吧街和吃飯的地方。房間很大，設施不是很新。酒店服務還算滿意，早餐也算豐富。

All in general was good but the staff need a little bit more training in order to provide a better experience for each person, and the restaurant on the roof is great but again the service is terrible except for on or two people. Is a good place but definitely they need more training.

Great location, excellent at receiving guests. However Showers could use a thorough clean and service at check out could also be more courteous. I felt they were kicking me out

This hotel was 10/10! The breakfast was amazing everyday very authentic foods from Colombia. Service was great and the hot tub was phenomenal after a long day of walking (which you have to make reservations for). Views of the city from our room were beautiful to wake up to. This hotel is also close to the Provenza which is a ***** of different clubs and restaurants. Very convenient location when staying in Medellin.

Great location. Provenza is across the street. The breakfast is wonderful. Service is very good. They speak English. Very polite. If the hotel had a swimming pool, it would be perfect. Parking is under the hotel. So, it’s super easy to park.
