我是非常不錯，在麥德林著名的酒吧街旁邊，酒店的設備很新，早餐也還不錯。但是晚上會很吵，因為附近的音樂會嗨整晚，睡眠淺的慎選。

The employee were nice, the property was clean and love that the breakfast is included. Food was delicious.
There're lots of places around and the area is nice and close to everything. I'll definitely stay in this hotel again.

A wonderful trip all in all. Hotel was pretty high standard overall. But WiFi was incredibly unstable and the tv was also a bit poor connection. Don’t go here if you need to work. I was on roaming half of the time.
I ordered room service one night and I waited two hours before asking and they had no record of it. I asked if I could do it through the reception but I had to do it either directly at the restaurant or through the phone where it didn’t work last time. I had no choice but to go down and order it directly from the restaurant.

All staff were great with a special shout out for Manuela front desk and Daniela in the dining.
Good hiring practices by the management for so many great people working here. Room was lovely and big, Only downfall is the neighborhood with loud music 🎵

Terrible stay. I loved Medellin but the stay here was super unpleasant . There was a festival for a whole week that I basically couldn’t sleep through. I had to book a whole different trip to Cartagena because of such horrible experience. When I asked the manager to cut my reservation short they declined and basically kicked it to the side. The breakfast was horrible . Overall avoid staying around this area . Sealed windows with fresh air. It’s crazy because I never write any reviews but there’s no way I was not going to warn people of this horrible place .

Pros: room is stunning. Restaurant food is amazing. Cons: check in took 20 mins even though my room was ready, I woke up 6 times in the night from live music playing downstairs and from the street (it didn’t stop til around 6am), terrace is under construction, no gym or amenities, tried to order room service/food from the restaurant downstairs and it was a pain. I whatsapped them and they called me back a couple times to figure it out. I used this room for a photoshoot so it was worth it but definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here, maybe on a weeknight would be better.

Hotel is very nice breakfast was excellent and the restaurant very cozy. They need just a bit more attention to detail as hot water in bathroom sink was not working. Other than that it's a very nice stay and recommend. I would staying there again.
