Service by every member of staff was superb. Prime location, extremely east access to Masjid Nabi. Chef Sheriff deserves special recognition for the delightful meals that he cooked, and taking care of our needs. Staying here is an experience you don't want to miss.

Muhammad Saeed and Arif Hassan as well as the day restorant manager were incredibly helpful. Both the dutiy manager as well as the lovely ladies at the front desk were wonderful (especially the young Saher). We did have a little incident where my husband and I were asked to show our room card, as they wanted to check if we are guests at the hotel. That wasn't done in a good manner, it could have been done in a more respectful way. However, they did apologise for the incident and they were very sincere. The interior of the hotel seams a bit dated, but the location is the best. The rooms are very clean. The food was good, and they did have some different food for breakfast each day. Overall I recommend this hotel, as the location is perfect and the staff have been very helpful.

We visited the tea garden, all was excellent the tea the food ( pizza, kenafa and cream burlee) were all good. The service was the best I have seen. Our server Othman was professional, nice and very attentive. We love coming here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Hotel has improved a lot since we were here last year. Female staff has surely improved services. Baths and overall room. Ondition too have improved

The Location is just too good and the staff at The Marwa restaurant are very friendly and Mohammed Sohel was super exceptionally great. The Royal Suite is such a desirable place some furniture is a tad bit outdated but nevertheless in very good condition. The rooms are aplenty within and of great standards. Electric features are a mix of the old and the new. But all working great. The pillows are what one can say spoilt for choice, each one is better than the other and wish they could give us a few to take home. The view is too much to take in and you can wake up and sleep and wake up to the Majestic view of the Prophets (SAW) Mosque. I could see my whole Family running every time to the windows and I have a Big family and there was no dearth of windows to give each one a monopoly of the view. Was pleased to see there was no fights. The breakfast was a sumptuous regal spread as is expected of all good hotels but the staff make it great. I would have felt great if the check in was a little more quicker but it’s ok and can be ignored. With a few very minor shortcomings which were understandable and excusable and reasonable we all enjoyed the property and no reason can be found to make it anything but 5 stars. Keep it up Dar al Taqwa. Will be coming soon again.
