Ac was not working in the night at around 12 mid night. Tv was not working. No body was available to attend the complaint not even to attend phone. It was suffocating in the night requiring ac to be put on. It was worth the room charges paid. I think make my trip team should visit hotels before empanelling on their site. Overall experience was not worth the amount spent.

First of all the staffs were very good and room is really good clean and neat. Food ordered was good and the owner was really heart touching person. One important thing is this hotel is in the heart of shopping centre.

Beautiful rooms delicious foods staff's is very cooperative and supportive all services is excellent location is great everything next to door price is good

Not accurate as per the prices. Only location and food was good nothing else, cockroaches and some insect also found
