Amazing hotel if you want to pamper yourself. Got a pool, a bookable gym, personal water machine in the kitchen - also fridge and microwave. I would have liked coffee cups instead of just glasses, some tea and coffee and how to actually get the hot water, but not s big deal.
I think this room is meant to house 2-3 people, maybe can even fit four. It has a double bed, a single bed and another single bed that can be taken out. It has separate shower, bath tab, toilet and two bathroom sinks. Nice design and lots of space.
Nice view. Location is good, but better use grab to go to places, not expensive. I am sure it can be arranged if needed, staff is nice and helpful.
It has no daily cleaning, which can give more privacy.

The apartments are near the hotel by Hilton, the reception is run down, but the apartments are clean and big.
I was alone with my husband, but we booked for a 2 room apartment so we can have 2 bathrooms, and to have big space. We are happy with our choosing.
Great view, in walking distance from the Red Square city center (1.2km), tge pool is big and tgey have enough chairs to stay and be lazy there.

What a horrible experience on the first day check in the room! Different type of Crawlies infested the room and bed. Complained to the front counter and request for refund due to severe emotional impact but no gesture to even try to resolve the issues. We were given an email ID and contact number to call and liaise with. The customer service lady did not provide any acceptable solutions and rudely hung up my call after I asked for her name. I believe this entire property is already infested with bugs and many crawlies and should not be listed until full inspection by the authorities. Beware and you have been warned!!!!!

The room design is odd, bathtub appeared in the center of the room, you have to pass through the 'bathtub area' to get to your bedroom. Very confusing Carpark system, very hard to find the designated Carpark lot. Sticky floor.

Very spacious and clean apartment right next to Courtyard Hotel. Not too far from Jonker street and lots of eateries around. Will definitely stay again next time.
