We got into Florida on the 5th. Our experience booking a room was a total nigh**are. I really don't even want to get into it all. The booking was jacked up because we went through a 3rd party (PRICELINE). We were pretty frustrated, to say the least. Fox was the attendant that night dealing with so many customers... PAID customers who could not access their rooms. It was pretty bad. Fox contacted his boss and technical support and did an OUTSTANDING job communicating what was going on. I'm not going to lie, I was really pissed... so was my wife. We just wanted to get in our rooms. They really have to fix some structural things at the top. The listing online, being so close to another location and the 3rd party booking can be some bull crap. You "Extended Stay" are blessed to have the staff you have, 100% guaranteed they save you tons of money knowing how to deal with people. Angele the assistant manager is TOP NOTCH!!! She is the reason this 1-star review is now a 5-star review. She was so kind; and really went above and beyond the next day to apologize and reinforce what Fox had relayed that night. You can't get mad with great people who deal with system malfunctions and everyday type of inconveniences. We watched Angele deal with guest and issues for the entire weekend. She has a good soul and is kind and PROFESSIONAL. Please let her know we said that. We will be back in April for the birth of my grandson. We hope to see the same staff in place and a better start to the stay. (PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATOR) and give your staff an appreciation party, because they are the true 5-STAR crew
