Life-threatening danger for the light was not working properly in bathroom. Extremely dangerous to senior citizens like us.

The front desk service was great and the kiddo was happy about breakfast!

I can say that the both the front desk individuals on new years weekend where absolutly great. Super friendly and helpful. I would say the only down fall was the beds are a little hard for my liking but managable for a few days. Would stay again.

Great price for a great place. Clean, comfy, quick easy breakfast and free coffee all day.

Very nice hotel and honestly only one thing bad as my room floor was disgusting! Walked in took my shoes off and headed to the shower to have my feet filthy. Only reason why i knocked off one star. The breakfast selection was convenient and a great variety. Would stay here again just make sure to wear shoes or socks while in the room.

Perfect place to stay the night before going on a cruise, near the port and extremely clean.

I had a great first impression with my room and even the front desk worker who checked me in. It seemed the room was well cleaned when I walked in, so I dropped my bags and had to leave the hotel again to finish off evening plans. It wasnt until I actually got into bed around 11pm and under the covers that I noticed long, black hair all throughout the sheets. Which made me wonder if they actually got changed. It could has also gotten caught up in the dryer. My only other complaint was the bed itself. It was EXTREMELY soft, to the point where my body just sunk in and had zero support. It was very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. The pillows also looked fluffyy and supportive, when when laid on, they just deflated and offored little support. The staff were extremly friendly, the breakfast was very good and I love what this hotel has to offer.

Missing lightbulb, damage in shower that needed repair, shower curtain not long enough and floor gets wet (slip hazard), had late night check out and attendant could not hear me ringing for service. Had to walk behind counter. He was gaming with headphones.
