Clean sheets on bed. But room was dirty, shower curtain & sink moldy. The outside grill was a tiny dirty charcoal grill next to an overflowing garbage can. That garbage can was not emptied any time during the 3 nights we were there. Beach chairs were few and in poor condition. No beach towels. Beach shower had a rat trap next to it. a Trip Advisor had this as a 2022 pick in Melbourne. I will be very skeptical of Trip Advisor ratings going forward

I was looking for a nice and calm place out of the city and right at the beach, and I found sea view inn, well, righ on it! House was very clean and everything you may need is right tehere in the house. 5 steps to reach the beach and the best of the best is the view, you can literally view the sunsrise from the bed. 100% reccommended.

We truly found treasure in Melbourne Beach, the Sea View Inn. Our stay was wonderful, we had a very cozy Studio with a kitchen, a Very comfortable king bed. A small patio steps from the ocean. The staff was very accommodating making sure we had everything needed. They gave us a list of quality restaurants within distance from the resort. This is a one of a kind location that we highly recommend. We WILL return.
