Really comfortable and conveniently located hotel near Melbourne Central. The room was so quite and I slept very well. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I’d stay here again.

Generally, the hotel room was clean except the cups were not washed and kept.
The location was great as it is very near to Melbourne Central Station and walking distance to Queen Victoria Market and State Library.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Recommended. The location of the hotel is near to the Melbourne central station and near to the trams. You can easily hop up and go around the CBD. Will return to the hotel again soon.

Great location right in the middle of central Melbourne! Lots of shops and food nearby. Downside was it’s lacking alittle in terms of amenities.

Some items and places were dusty, the sofa chair was dirty. For the rest, no issues with this hotel.

The hotel was splendid! My bed was done very neatly every time I came back and the front desk managers were all very friendly and kind. Perfect city center located so it was easy to walk around the area. There also was a big supermarket 7 minutes by feet which made buying water and other things very accessible. Thank you for the lovely stay!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the accomodation. Front desk staffs was very helpful. Location was very convenient and easy access to most part of the shopping areas and plenty of nice foods restaurant around a short working distance. Will definitely stay there on our next trip.
