The location is very convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly. The hygiene level in the room is quite poor since you can see the dust and hair on the floor.

Service was good. Just that we need to go down to first floor and out of the building to call the front desk in order to go to their office, which is at 3rd floor. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities was better than expectations considering the price.

The room looks new and clean, it smells good. The view is really great. The only thing I dislike is the shower head which was the kind that attached on top of the ceiling, it would be the best if it’s a movable one.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were not ready till 3.30pm, hence they extended our checkout one hour later
Only disadvantage, no dryer within apartment
All other amenities were adequate
Will consider staying again if dryer is not a major consideration

非常非常滿意，以後來墨爾本必選酒店。女經理非常熱情，可以中文全程服務，房間乾淨，廚衞分離，小客廳，洗衣機，烘焙機都全。高層，視野非常寬廣。

平時朋友來都是住的這家，這次突然發現攜程比booking還便宜，感覺還挺好的，如果不是因為外幣手續費會更便宜的
