Buena ubicación cerca a bares y restaurantes. Hubo mala atención en el hotel. Nos dieron una habitación afuera del hotel que tenía goteras en el baño. Al decirles sobre esto dijeron que lo iban a revisar y nunca lo hicieron.

Es un excelente hotel, habitaciones cómodas, dos piscinas con jacuzzi, sauna y turco y spa, excelente desayuno y variedad, amables desde la entrada del hotel...

Rooms are rather small. Service was good. Friendly personnel. Not sure I will stay there again tho. For the price there are other options in the area. Again the main reason is how small the room was albeit it was clean.

I was truly amazed with the hotel look, the amenities, the ambiance, the palms, the swimming pools. All that beauty vanishes at night when you have to hear extremely loud music until 5am from all the discos you have in the same block. If you don’t care about resting which I highly do, then find a place far from the center of Melgar

The hotel was clean and safe. The area around is a bit noisy. Its very busy on the weekends and a ghost town during week. Not far from the main drag.

Muy buena la atencion y las instalaciones, ademas las personas que apoyan el servicio son muy amables, excelente la comida la recomiendo al 100%, los servicios del hotel todos muy buenos, fue una bonita experiencia

La habitación tenía una fuga de agua en el lavamanos, nunca funcionó y nunca lo arreglaron. La respuesta fue que por ser domingo el personal de mantenimiento no estaba trabajando, pero el hotel estaba lleno. El desayuno muy regula.

El personal fue muy amable, sin embargo, le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel, sauna fuera de servicio, la pintura de la habitación estaba en mal estado, techo sucio y colchón deteriorado, no pudimos cenar en hotel porque estaban atendiendo un grupo y nos tocó salir, alrededor de la piscina tiene unas canecas con toallas que denotan desorden, toallas rotas tanto las que prestan para la piscina como las de la habitación y asoleaduras en mal estado.
