Position excellent walking to the centre of Melnik.car park in front of the hotel.The bedroom with the windows on the ceiling are nice and specious but the maintenance is not that good.

after handing over the keys and arriving at the room in the early evening, we were in for a surprise - the room had not been cleaned.
breakfast the worst we have experienced - poor content, coffee machine not working - no information, no other coffee option

Simple hotel. Basic breakfast with no drinkable coffee. Staff (one lady) pleasant. No Wi-Fi even though it's mentioned, but it does not work at all. Good location.

Appartement wasnt as advertised with a balcony. Balcony was missing completely. The reception is "open" 24/7 but there was rarely someone available. The rooms are extremely dirty eapecially the toilets and shower. The persons working there arent friendly and mostly dont care. Warm water was missing and we had to wait an hour to get it fixxed every time (happened 3 times in 2 days).
All in all not a nice experience and wont recommend.
