quality/price was very good, nothing special, small car park, windows cant open, could be better, staff was very nice

Great place to stay. We got in late and Rhianne was lovely. She was nice enough to start up the coffee machine so we could all have a drink before we went up to bed. Thank you Rhianne!

Nice town and a great hotel. Breakfast was delicious thankyou jackie and becky was amazing she helped us and shared many laughs with us. The staff from check in to check out were so cherpie it was nice to see so many genuine smiles. Thankyou all.

We recently stayed here after travelling from Scotland for a family funeral. Just after that a family member became very unwell. The staff were so kind, supportive and caring. They offered us help , support and advice. They made sure we had everything we needed until the paramedic arrived. This kindness continued into the early hours upon our return. To top it all off our stay was very comfortable and the facilities were great. The following morning the staff enquired about us and our family member. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness. We would not hesitate to stay at the Premier Inn at Melton Mowbray. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

Noisy "air cooling" fan in room that cannot be turned off. Reception were able to move me to a different room. Parking was full on arrival and no safe parking alternative is available. Property is getting tired and needs rennovation

Such a lovely stay.....spotlessly clean room, friendly helpful staff and the best freshly cooked breakfast we have had in a long time.....it was beautiful....thank you so much.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Public areas and guest room/bathroom were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Due to circumstances we decided to eat dinner at the restaurant with friends, rather than venture into town as were all at the hotel and wanted to catch up before an event rather than wasting time getting to and from another venue (we were all exhausted). While dinner here will never be fine dining, it had a fairly good, if limited, range of basics, and the staff were on the ball about checking allergens listed in ingredients. I would prefer there to be more gluten-free and vegan options, and at least one other non-cow milk option (perhaps coconut), and there was no decaf black tea, but these are minor quibbles. The one point I'd watch out for is that access to the car park is not obvious, and once sat nav has placed you in front of the hotel you still have to spend several more minutes following the parking signs in ever decreasing circles to get to the small car park. Overall the stay was great value for the money, and I'll definitely be checking out Premier Inn in other towns if I need a place for a night or two.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming and there were Easter goodie bags left on the children's beds. They also had a note asking them to look for "Mr Red-Belly" who was hiding in the room and could be returned to reception for a reward. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order too. Would recommend.

Being Gluten Free, I was concerned with having breakfast, I need not have worried, we were greeted by Rhianne who went into great detail and showed us the allergy sheets, the table was then *****ped, cleaned and all replaced. She explained there would be a time difference of our order being served. Chef Trevor gave us a lovely hot breakfast and added an extra hash brown to my plate, he then came out to see if everything was alright. A 5 star service and as we are here visiting relatives, we will return. Well done.
