Great staff. My wife left her purse in the room. She realized it after about 15-20 minutes on the road. They already had called and left 3 messages on my phone. My phone was on silent. They were waiting on her when she walked in. All in order.

Upscale, friendly, very accommodating. Looked for a safe spot on the road trip for our move from California to Tennessee. Would stay here again. Comfortable. Clean.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is the 1st time I've ever had to go to the front desk to get a special key to get into the pool room because the room keys don't open it or to get the safety key to use the treadmills because they aren't left in the fitness room.

Traveling via an electric vehicle is challenging enough, so it would be nice if the e hotel or security could at least enforce proper parking of actual EV vehicles in those very few dedicated spaces. There was an inconsiderate vehicle owner who parked in the EV charge spot I needed. Fortunately there was enough space that I could park near the front door in the entrance area along the curb and still charge the vehicle.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. There was a family that walked in and there was a language different and she was very rude to them. The gentleman who arrived later was very friendly and willing to help. He looked at you and greeted us with a smile. We checked into the room and we lost power twice. The moved us right away and gave us a bigger room. The breakfast was …..well their breakfast needs lots of work. We stopped off at a Crackel Barrel.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice rooms. We traveled with 2 pets and it worked well & was reasonably priced. My only comment it the toilet is LOUD! It had a very powerful, loud flush. 😳

Area was safe and secure. Facilities and room were very nice and spotless. Our room was spacious, beautiful and so comfortable.
Breakfast options were minimal, and could be improved.
