Stayed for three days to tour and experience Memphis. When we initially checked in our rooms ventilation system was so load you couldn’t hear yourself talk. Obviously, it needed service. We didn’t even unpack our bags. The front desk was more than accommodating in immediately moving us to a different room. It was done without fanefare and with a smile.
The hotel is clean and has a modern vibe to it. Its location is centrally located with easy access to Beale St which is only a short 5 min walk. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Elevator service is fast. We never waited more than a few minutes for service. The front desk staff are cheery and friendly. They were more than friendly and when it was pouring outside one day, allowed us to borrow an umbrella. The coffee shop was staffed every morning by the most effervescent, bubbly woman who greeted all her customers with such enthusiasm that it was refreshing. If the rest of the world woke up in the mood she did, life as we know it would be different. She was a pleasure .

We asked several days prior to arrival for a possible early check in. I understand that it’s not always possible. But instead we actually got a late check in—AFTER 4. Painful.

Great location to explore Memphis, but far enough from the noise from Beale Street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely. Just a small note to the hotel - our room was very humid, we don't think the extractor fan was working properly. I am sure this is not the norm and it did not impact our stay other than just feeling damp on entering the room.

Awesome location. Beautifully decorated with amazing bar/lounge area. Great coffee shop on the front as well. Right across from Peabody and super close to all of the fun on Beale’s Street. Perfect for Liberty Bowl. Rooms were spotless with nice decor. ***There was kind of a wet carpet smell in elevator and hallways.

Probably a staffing shortage but we had to ask four times to get enough towels. Very polite but no action to fix it until one of us physically went to the desk and waited for them to get them. Otherwise a nice place.

Must say overalll it was a good place to have enjoyed. Coffee machine in room was not good I think a krug machine is much easier to use...thanks for a very enjoyible and informative staff at the front desk. A special thanks to "Ebonie" for being so hospitable....

Our stay was great! Loved the hotel, staff was super friendly and it was clean. Great bar too! It’s in a really good location to Beale St. so very easy walk. Would definitely recommend it! Loved the decor too!
