設施：不錯，但是沒電梯。有健身房桑拿。
衞生：衞生很好，很乾凈。
環境：周圍風景很好，緊靠密歇根湖。
服務：不錯，前台店員很熱情。

I wanted to like this property, for the price and location. That said, neither of us slept well. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat, unsupportive and uncomfortable. My neck and my husband's back are both paying the price today. Also contributing to our lack of sleep, the car in the parking lot next to us that was blaring music on and off into the early morning hours. I would've thought being on the second floor with windows that don't even open would have blocked more of the outside noise. Anyway, we started our day tired, sore and crabby. That's my review

Breakfast they need to step it up nothing healthy may some fruit the gym and sauna can use a big upgrade

Reception was terrific. I arrived day early ahead of my reservation. They found me a room and moved me into my reserved move that the following day with no issues. They assisted in anything and everything I asked of them with top-notch quality. I highly recommend this property.

I’m really tired of being greeted differently and treat differently because of booking through **********. It seems like it is always brought up at check in if I have a question. “Well, we can’t make any changes since you booked through them.” If they don’t want guests from the site, why are they on the site. It’s frustrating as a customer, and it’s very clear from the tone, that they are not happy about customers booking through this site.

There is no elevator. Kind of makes things difficult when you’re handicapped. Suspicious looking people wandering around and the whole place is in need of updating. Would not recommend.
