It was our first time staying at this hotel, and the experience was wonderful. The breakfast and service were fantastic, and the customer service was exceptional. Special thanks to the management, especially Luigi and his team, for making our stay truly memorable.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a group tour group dinner first eve was just ok but not as interesting as the a la carte menu promised but in retrospect it was obviously the hotel making maximum margin from the charges for our meal! Had two power cuts while were there, local issue as only our wing was affected but electronic doors didn't work so couldn't get into room until power fixed. Asked at reception for local restaurants, and others in group shared the same response from reception, which was there are no restaurants you can get to without a car as it was dangerous!! We found a nice local small restaurant simple but great taste and value which many of us walked to in 5 minutes along side streets! Another one I saw on Google maps about 7 mins walk was across a dual carriageway...... but on streetview you could see that road from hotel passed under the "busy" road!! Apparently this is a common strategy adopted by the hotel to increase their restaurant trade, which I find amazing and highly unethical. For that reason alone I wouldn't ever be able to recommend it!!

The room was spacious, a bit dated but fortunately fairly clean. Hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine. What we found very annoying, however, was that you had to pay for the sunbeds by the pool. We find this very customer unfriendly. In addition, the location between only main roads might have been good to serve as a base, but the town is completely uninspiring and it is difficult to find a nice place to eat something if you do not want to do so in the hotel restaurant.

Absolutely Terrible experience. Loud noises middle of night, Terrible Breakfast, No room for us at pool as it was a Weekend and all the Locals use the Pool area. Horrible experience at the Bar, Rude and Impolite Front desk . Do Not recommend this Hotel

Easily accessible from the autostrada, this hotel provided a great base from which to visit places of interest, friends and family. The rooms are spacious, very clean, well set out. The hotel has a great swimming pool area which is way above the norm. The crowning glory is it’s Sansé restaurant - the quality, presentation, taste and range of the dishes is superb and the Staff are helpful, professional and personable. Vincenzo as Maitre d’ and Dario are to be commended for the service and advice. We will return.

The room was great, and the hotel was a good place to explore the Amalfi Coast without spending too much. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the hotel was extremely noisy! We had a room on the second floor by the swimming pool in front of a parking lot. On the first day, there was a party with loud music until late at night. The next day, at 7am, many loud noises came from the window, like someone was throwing big, heavy things at the back of a truck. We also heard car alarms and other things. It was simply impossible to sleep.

The staff here are very helpful and the room was clean and spacious. Location is in the countryside on a highway and we didn't have a car so it was not convenient at all for us at 70euros return to Salerno centre by taxi. Breakfast has bacon and eggs along with continental. Pastries are constantly being refreshed. Very disappointed that you had to pay 10 euros to use the pool for the day. And then wear a swimming cap... what decade are we in? Considering the location was so far out of the centre, we did decide to use the pool but it was fully booked! Ive travelled a lot and have never been anywhere where you have to book the pool and pay when you're a guest at the hotel. The worst part was the noise every night from the pool bar and fireworks. They provide ear plugs but they are genuinely pointless. The pool bar serves nice food and we also had room service one night which was quick and tasty.

We stayed at this Hotel on Holiday, Location is very good and staff where friendly and helpful at all times. Parking is also excellent. On another note we phoned to book a massage and specifically enquired if we can use the facilities of the spa when we book the massage, They confirmed more than once that we can but when we went on the day they wanted to charge us extra 36 euros each person to use the facilities only !! They told us it is written in the small booklet which was never given to us and when we phoned and also spoke hours before this was never mentioned. Also we done several massages in different countries and when the custom is that when the massage is finished client is taken to a relaxation room and offered a drink after the massage. This was not done here, when we finished they just told us we are done and you can leave. This is truly not ethical and not the way.

Outdated Rooms, Terrible Breakfast, Scrambled eggs were horrible, bacon was raw, cappuccino were warm, Staff rude and impolite. Noise at Midnight moving Furniture. They charge Guests for Pool Towels and Umbrellas. Not Recommended
