The stay and staff were beyond expectations.
The only negative was other guest just slamming doors mostly at night, its understandable entering and leaving the room but we all have considerable of others.

To much noise from the outside, we can hear everything from the room next door even a sneeze. And the housekeeping staff was noisy in the morning.

I paid extra to get 2 king size beds but instead I got a king and Queen bed. I tried to get another room but they were sold out. I asked why did they give me the wrong room and the front desk said they didn't know there was a king and Queen bed. They told me I couldn't get an adjustment because I booked with a third party. I had to wait until Monday to talk to manager because the manager was off. So too bad for me.

Asked clerk to be placed on 3 rd floor due hotel usually has kids . Was placed on second floor and then a school group of basketball players evidently was above us. Slept very little two nights. Have stayed here several times a year. Very doubtful we will be back

We would definitely stay again. We had no issues and everything and everyone was very pleasant. Our check in and check out was very smooth and fast. All of the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed that the outlets were very close by. We really enjoyed our stay over all.

Fast and easy check in. Front desk gentleman was very nice and respectful. The room along with the entire facility was very very clean I must say. I always clean my rooms with sanitizing wipes and doing so the wipes came out super clean I was shocked to see how clean everything was it’s our first time staying here and I must say we love it and will be back for our future vacations. Props to all the cleaning crew and the front desk crew spectacular job.
