非常喜歡這個老牌的酒店，完美的地理位置，佛性並且熱情的服務，墨西哥的服務真的是非常好的。定的是行政樓層，那些點心咖啡早餐都是免費的。服務真的是非常棒，讓人情不自禁地多放小費。

酒店早餐可選的很少，入住和離店手續辦理的還是很快捷的。周邊環境還不錯。也比較安靜。酒店環境用的香水味道比較重。

Great location, lovely scent in the lobby area. A/c stopped working in my room after returned from dinner, tech noted couldn’t fix problem. Had to move to another room @ midnight, no apology provided for inconvenience. Staff needs retraining on how to better treat guests.

It was an excellent experience, we used the club and the food was very good and although it seems expensive with not spending money outside on food it was a good deal. The dinner snacks are available until 10 which helped a lot to be able to eat at the hotel. The staff speaks enough English to solve your problems.

Bright, airy, great lobby and breakfast. Dinner options are very much below the surrounding area including the Hyatt across the street.
In Fiesta the dinner menu has no salads. They have no wine list and offer only one white and one red by the glass…both Mexican.
Great area to walk and go out for dinner but the restaurants are expensive.

By my mistake I only booked 1 night when I needed 2. I was able to book a second night once I checked in. I had to pay about $170 more for the two rooms compared to what ******* was quoting me😬
