I liked that itvwas centrally located, clean and safe, spanisg design and decore was nice however rooms where outdated, no restaurant or room service, parking is tight, needs more but pricecwas resonable.
The money exchangecrate atvthis hotel is terrable.

Room was NOTHING like the photos! Don’t believe the photos it looks so old and ugly! For the price I paid you can find something better and in a much better location!

Nice staff and service. The hotel needs some updates, the toilet tkes forever to flush and somethings in the room are outdated.

I always book hotels that have swimming pools restaurants and bars ,
This hotel had the restaurant and the bar close they told me that it was under repair but there’s no signs of anybody repairing it it was just closed

Building is not well maintained, mold on walls , dirty, not water in the morning, staff was not helpful ad friendly.

the air condition was too cold and I couldn't adjust the thermostat. and the hotel have a strong smell. and is not close to the centro. I like the decoration but need maintenance. thank you
