The staff's were really friendly and accomodating and the free breakfast was enough. The pool maintenance could've been better.

The rooms were had a humidity smell I came to their location on a rental vehicle and they had full knowledge that my vehicle I had forgotten to turn off the head lights jet they gave me a creepy call from the front desk about the filling of the tub but no courtesy call in reference to my car in the morning no battery and not even an apology. When you come in to the hotel lobby at night the place is dark and they have purposely cut off the lights giving a ambience of sketchy no safe environment.

WiFi was terrible, beds rock hard, no drinking glasses in room. Breakfast was pretty minimal.

Muy buen hotel lo mejor la ubicacion al norte de merida, para partir a las playas de yucatan y a los atractivos de la ciudad.

Todo muy excelente para ser la primera vez, me sorprende mucho , solo hay que mejorar un poco lo del desayuno , pero todo bien. Lo recomendaría⭐️⭐️⭐️

Es un hotel muy cómodo, las habitaciones son amplias, el servicio es excelente y el agua de la alberca super rica. Nos encantó!!!
