I like the city my wife likes puerto progresso for the beach so we have both beach and city .been come here since 2014 off and on and always come back to hotel Ambassador for its the best hotel in town. J&M

The place is old…the restrooms were full of mold. They didn’t have a safe in the room or a hair dryer. We also found bed bugs on one of our beds. And when we switched hotels, they refused to give us a refund despite the disgusting room. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

NO RESERVE SIN ANTES LEER. Muchos comentarios de cosas robadas en tu habitacion y tristemente fui victima de lo mismo, en este hotel me revisaron todas mis pertenencias y malestas y sustrajeron objetos de valor de la maleta al momento que uno sale, al reportar el caso hacen como los desentendidos, y conocen muy bien el proceder del cliente, saben que comentar y como evitar que te dirijas a un superior puesto que te dan vueltas para poder no externar el problema y den solucion. NO RESERVE.
