It took way too long to check in with the rhe front desk, even though our key/invoice to update and initial was already ready for them to have us update.the whole place smelled like dogs, the elevator was filthy, rhe fridge in the room didnt work, and the cover to the heater was completely off when we got to the room. The smoke alarm had a flashing light so bright, it made it hard ro sleep and the walls were so thin you could hear every move the other rooms/floors made. Was not a good experience.

Clean comfortable and great location. Unfortunately on my stay someone was something that was unpleasant for my taste and it lingered for hours. I opened the window but it has a lock so it was not a lot of help. The room was clean and comfortable with clean linens and great hot water in the morning

Much nicer than I was expecting for the price. Front staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious.

Our room was clean. Bed very uncomfortable. Noisy in the halls. Halls had lots of odors and were very smelly.

Clean but it was noisy at times and found the bed to be lumpy and the combination of food smells from all the kitchens in the units is overwhelming. It’s okay.

There were no Kleenex or hand towels. The bed also slid very easily on the floor. But overall clean, with friendly staff in a convenient area for us.
