Well located classic Motel.
Friendly and helpful host.
All were well and good and as we had 2nd floor room we also had a nice view.

In major need of updating and better facilities. No breakfast menu and could not get anyone's attention to find out if they served breakfasts.
For a one night stay at the price, it was acceptable.

Lovely place to stay in Merimbula. Walking distance to town centre and beyond. Had a view from our room which was on the top level. Could sit outside the room comfortably.

I didn’t think it was “too old” at all it was nice and comfortable. property was close to everything. staff were nice, cleaning lady says hello every morning.

Good for the price. Not really any ‘views’ as such from top level but we just stayed for a nights break from driving. Close to everything. BYO pillow because their ones are crapola flat and lifeless

We liked the convenience being close to shops, cafes etc. the staff were friendly and the room was clean.
The rooms do need updating, wallpaper is coming off the walls, the bathroom shelf tilting forward and tiles are very 70s and definitely did not love carpet on the walls feature. Having said all that I’d definitely stay there again
