That staff was short handed, but 2 towel sets for 3 people and having to change rooms cause the first was filthy was NOT a good start. The night staff handled it right and put us in a better room that was clean and smelled like it was clean. Over all it was ok. Being next to the airport I expected more noise than I had. Good insulation for noise.

The hotel was previously a Best Western and we stayed there at that time as well. Not much different other than the name. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean.

The room was very nice and cozy. Continental breakfast for free was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was only every third day. Public transportation was close by, and a Circle K at the corner.

The room had a bad smell to it. The bed did not have a mattress pad on it, there was only a sheet. The box springs mattress was not covered with a bed skit. The furniture was old and chipped. The towels were small and different colors of white….

Room overall was clean but the carpet in the room was stained...wore slippers in room. Breakfast eggs were fake eggs and left much to be desired.

I was shocked to see flecks of dirt and popcorn between the two sheets. I didn’t mind that the basic furniture was old and damaged, but there weren’t enough outlets to conveniently charge my work electronics.
But the breakfast on Sunday was good and some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Our beds and bedding were good but the carpets had not been vacuumed when we arrived. Bathroom floor was dirty!

Great staff attempted to mask this lemon of a property. Filthy grout in shower, sewage smell in sink, very loose faucets leaking, holes in the wall, uncomfotable beds, scuffmarks and paint half way completed in walls.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable. Nice breakfast. No shuttle driver to airport, but staff promptly ordered us a lyft. Once again, staff was fantastic!!
