I was a little disappointed because I did not get a hot breakfast. When I stayed here in the past it was great because they offered hot breakfast, a drink when you checked in. Now they don’t and they attract low life people.

The first room we were given was not cleaned at all, the second room we were given was not cleaned at all, and the third room we were given had the wrong toilet seat, a dripping faucet, luke warm shower and very loud road noise (traffic) starting around 5 a.m. each morning. They only serve minimal continental breakfast during the week and the pool is very small.

Management was unresponsive. Poorly staffed. No housekeeping even when requested. Shower broken just a drizzle of hot water. Ice machine only on 1st floor. General neglect and poor upkeep. Terrible linens. We were there for 6 days with 2 rooms. Very disappointing!

Powers road is very busy. Truck traffic starts around 4:30am so being east plugs. The breakfast is all high carb foods - white bread, bagels, instant oatmeal, waffles, regular yogurt, snack bars. No options with protein.

We came in late and the clerk was very helpful, room was clean . I would recommend to anyone to stay there

The bed was very comfortable, I slept the best at this hotel out of 3. My shower was in need of some help, the faucet was tough to turn, and I thought I may break it turning it on. The hotel is scheduled for a remodel starting in May so I'm sure that will improve the rooms.

There was no drinking water in any of the vending machines. The soap was a joke. There were 2 round pieces the size of a half dollar, hardly enough for two people to bathe and wash hands. The mattress in room 125 was lumpy and the pillows were small and rather flat.

That staff was short handed, but 2 towel sets for 3 people and having to change rooms cause the first was filthy was NOT a good start. The night staff handled it right and put us in a better room that was clean and smelled like it was clean. Over all it was ok. Being next to the airport I expected more noise than I had. Good insulation for noise.

The hotel was previously a Best Western and we stayed there at that time as well. Not much different other than the name. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean.
