From the moment we walked im the clerk Rayanne was smiles and super friendly and happy to help. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Wpuld reccomend anytime i fly out of Mesa!

Our room was above the reception desk. At 3:00 am. there was very loud talking for about 20 minutes. The walls are paper thin and inside and outside sounds were always very loud.

Good, clean and decent value for the price. I was here for a sports even at the Legacy Event Center, Bell Bank Park. It was the perfect location for my needs and not far from food and shopping. I was given a free upgrade to a suite and while it's not fancy, it was nice to have the extra space with a microwave and mini fridge. My only complaints had to do with things out of anyone's real control. The walls are so thin you can hear people talking in the room next door - they don't even have to be loud. So when they are loud late at night, it's pretty irritating and hard to sleep. The room doors are very heavy and SLAM shut. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast is mostly carbs except on the weekends when they add eggs and sausage.

Had booked hotel to layover the night, before heading out on business in Phoenix area the next morning. Conveniently located to Mesa Gateway Airport. Arrived at 11:00 PM. Check-in staff was prompt and courteous. Room was clean, mattress comfortable and noise level minimal. Bathroom spotless. Morning breakfast buffet was ideal, in that it offered the basics. (Waffle machine, bread, bagels, cereal, fruit, juices, and coffee). Breakfast staff extremely pleasant. Nice exercise room and business center from appearances. Checkout staff equally prompt and friendly. Did not know prior to booking: Hotel does offer shuttle service to and from Mesa Gateway upon request. Would definitely stay here again on next trip into area.

Great central location to shops, dining and Ball Fields for softball tournament. Very large rooms with confortable beds.

It was dirty my room door didnt shut all the way i didnt get the kig with a folding coach i just git a king with a chair the roo. Was dirty the lobby and hallway was dirty

Upon arrival the hotel seemed ok. When we went to the room we quickly noticed that it was dirty. Multiple pieces of long black hair in the sheets. Not just one bed but both beds were dirty. Everything had stains on it, the comforter the chairs the floor. The comforters looked like moving blankets. The sink in the bathroom never stopped dripping all day all night the handle in the shower felt like the it was going to fall off when turned in any direction. The air condition/heat made this squealing noise so we couldn’t even turn it on. The traffic noise was horrendous. But the staff was wonderful and helpful. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

Haley at the front desk was WONDERFUL. Gave us a good recommendation for dinner within walking distance. So helpful and pleasant.
Be careful because when I looked for a hotel near the Phoenix airport, this hotel came up. It is near the local airport and 40 min from Sky Harbor airport. Lots of construction in the area.

Very Quiet rooms; the children running/playing above us sounded very distant, very muffled. Friendly staff, especially the night check-in young woman. Upon check-in our room 213 had only 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth, so we called down and the clerk very quickly brought up a bountiful stack of all towels/cloths. Other indications that the room had not been finished: we discovered the next morning WHY our heater was not heating the room enough... the window behind the closed curtains was open 5 inches! Not cleaned well, with long hair in the bathtub and other small things still on the floor. Bed was very comfortable with enough good pillows. The mid-week provided breakfast is OK, and although lacking in any protein, was appreciated. I recommend putting out boiled eggs, at least. There's a very good selection of eateries a short drive south of the inn.
